Filing an Annual Report is required for corporations and LLCs in the state of Wyoming to maintain good standing.
All Wyoming LLCs, corporations, limited partnerships and non-profits must file an Annual Report each year to remain in good standing.
The Annual Report is due every year by the first day of the anniversary month of your company’s formation or registration. For example, if your company was formed on June 15, the report is due by June 1 each year.
If you fail to file an annual report the state will administratively dissolve or revoke your business entity. Once the business has been administratively dissolved there is an additional $100 fee to reinstate the business.
